  Thanks Uli.
  Unless there's a tactical shot anywhere in the position, that I certainly
can't see after a quick look, f3 is the most 'human' move, meaning that nobody
like to have a mate threat against his king for much time. So I think I'd play
f3 and then try to slowly improve the position of my pieces.
  Rc7 is also logical; it can remove the mate threat (Rxb7) and so allows trying
some tactics making use of the good position of white pieces.
  This is from my point of view as a chess player, and without analyzing the
tactics carefully enough.
