The USCF had an computer-handicapping articles about 7 or 8 months ago. You might want to look there if you have access to Chess Life magazine(s). Lev Alburt also had some things to say about playing a computer once a week at a tournament time control to keep your chess game tournament savy. good luck from Caissa the chess goddess! me.
