I believe that chess programs have no problem to see that Bxh7+ is at least a draw for white so the fact that deep blue saw it with a draw score is not impressive. I believe that if you change the contempt parameter of chess programs to evaluate draw as advantage of a pawn for white they will also find Bxh7+ Uri
