I don't see that the solution involves zugzwang: 1.Rf7 d1Q 2.Nc6 Qg4+ 3.Kf8 Qc8+ 4.Kg7 Qxc6 5.Rf8+ Kb7 6.Rf7+ and Black cannot avoid perpetual check or loss of the queen, so it's a draw.
