That's not the point, the point is to avoid the temping 15..Nxd5 that keeps the
material balance but puts black in a very uncomfortable position. With 15..Qc2
black gets an excellent compensation for the pawn.

The game is from Aegon 1997, a pity Rebel 9.0 blew it in the ending.
