I have Shredder6 Classic running and it reports Nodes/sec (not Kn/s).  If you
are running Chess Tiger inside the ChessPartner GUI then you cannot rely on the
nodes reported after a long time.  Chesspartner goes crazy and even starts
counting backwards.  Fritz does report in Kn/s.
