It looks like I forgot to upload it!  =:-/

I but in any case, I've now uploaded the version 1.0.3:

  http://www.7sun.com/chess/pgn2fen103.zip (82K) (don't know why its smaller!)

This version includes optional output of variations and of leaf nodes.
