Go into Control Panel and check two things: 1) Network and Dial up connections 2) Phone and Modem options if those settings are OK, and I think they may be OK if you're able to hook up to this site. My next question would be: Did you change any settings in your browser (or firewall, if you have one)? I don't know what the trouble could be other than the above. Win95 was a while back there. If none of the above helps, you may want to log onto the MSN help site. See if that problem is listed in their FAQ. Good luck, Dave
