Major news are

- chess server access (playchess.com)
- UCI support (available with latest update)

The product description at www.chessbase.com focusses on the new chess server
part. Except that program for playchess.com (which is quite a big addition IMO),
there were no major new features in the initial release. - But there have been
made a number of smaller improvements. But with the latest update, UCI
capability was added to the GUI. Allows easy use of UCI engines.

Probably (?) remarkable is the new Fritz 7 opening book also. I usually don't
use the large CD books (and don't know the Fritz 6 book for comparison), but it
seems to me this new book is very good. It hasn't been a topic yet;... maybe I'm
wrong and it's just a "normally good" book.
