The error margin leaves this [cough] "clearly inconclusive" So your intutition may yet be correct after all (as far as which is stronger). But to imagine that 17.14 will always be on top is probably unrealistic, since the strength is obviously very close. I have seen other results that show 18.13 superior and also other results that show 17.14 is superior. I think we do know this: 18.13 and 17.14 are two of the better crafty versions and both are very strong.
