One thing to look out for is "in stock" stuff. You will often be told "yes, we have one of those on the shelf" but once you order it, it takes weeks and when you call you will find out "we are waiting on it to come in... we shipped the last one just before your order came in." Other than that, the problems are few and far between, you just have to learn to recognize the "salesman speak" and figure out that what you want is really not on hand... caveat emptor applies. :)
