Then I opened the Windows Explorer,
and it somehow overlapped with the Fritz display, the mini-icons were displayed
on top of the Fritz window, ie the Windows integrity was broken.


with your description, I think one possibility is a corrupted video card driver.
you could reinstall the video card driver.
after this if you still have a problem I would dump the hard drive, format, and
do a clean install on your operating system.
