Most programs with tablebases will see that after: 1. Qxc3 Kxc3 2. Rxc5+ Kb4 White can play 3. Kb4 abandoning the d pawn. If Black takes the pawn it's a tablebase draw. So many programs will avoid taking the d pawn trying to still win the game. I have seen many programs lose trying to win drawn games. Not sure many would lose from this position but it's possible.
