I would like to run a match between the two subject programs. I have just finished running Crafty 18.13 vs Fritz 7 and Fritz 6 (G/60min). I gave Crafty 18.13 the Fritz 7 book and 120 meg hash memory. I gave the Fritz programs their own book and similiar memory. Fritz 7 won by 6-4 and Fritz 6 tied Crafty by 6-6. I don't believe Yace can measure up but would like to give it a chance. I'm interested in suggestions for Yace GUI/Book. I can run it in Shredder with the book I downloaded but is it fair to give Crafty the Fritz 7 book? It did very well in my opinion using that book. I would like to run the match on 2 Athlon 1.4 G machines using auto232 with all 3/4/5 man tablebases. Open to suggestions. Jim
