Hello, I can access web sites with no difficulty, however i can not download or upload files with any browser netscape or internet explorer. I get no error message system just pauses for a second and then it stops as if it timed out. Any ideas? I have reinstalled windows, no success. I have no idea, since when i'm viewing images on web sites they are indeed downloaded, i however have no ability to directly download or upload files, from any site or even my email. Thanks for any asistance. D P.S A clue may be that when i'm uploading this message here using netscape. A box pops up that says internet explorer(even though i'm using netscape), and warns that people may be able to see what i'm sending, do you want to continue. This despite the fact that the box is already checkmarked, do not show this message again.
