I like to play as a centaur or cyborg against computers - using partially a program and adding some personal chess opinions here and there just to see what happens (that is, I almost always lose but that's part of the fun); I love to play human against humans; I like to play computers against humans provided they strongly ask me to; But I hate to play a cyborg without knowing in advance he/she is a cyborg. Playing in one of the websites I use to go, I decided to combat players whose profile shows an evident unbalance between games, wins and losses: for instance - owning a top rating with just 60 games, 1 draw, 3 losses. They do not tell me so, but they are probably cyborgs or full computers - it is amazing to ask them something like "what's the concept behind this Ninzo Indian you are playing?" and they answer in detour "Oh, I like Ninzo India" when they have just played Sicilian. ;-) Anyway I was crushed by those folks. In some cases the more ridiculous their pretended chess knowledge or the more sealed their lips to any wise comments, the stronger was the punch on my helpless play. I am not an advanced player at all, but I was not supposed to be zipped down that way, so severely I was whipped. That's why I wondered if there would not be a partial remedy, for the fun of revenge, in a world of justice. ;-) Thanks again, Karen
