Has anyone tried reusing the killers from a previous search, by copying killers from ply n+2 -> n for n = 1 to MAXPLY-2 between searches? This obviously only works in a game situation, so testing it on some test suite of non-related position will show nothing. Preliminary test results showed a reduction of the tree size of about 0.5-1% in my engine. Not much but at least something. Anyway, if someone has tried something similar, It would be interesting to hear about it. /Erik
