Subject: Rebel Tiger and Windows XP

I upgraded to Windows XP sometime on one of my machines and I thought to try out
Rebel Tiger again on it. For some reason it will not connect to either FICS or
ICC. Yet on my Windows 2000 machine it works flawlessly.

Has anyone had similiar problems? If so how did you fix it?
