They are too busy having a good time! You have a point regarding rules, and these should be clarified for the next CCT. But if you look closely you might find that the rules for ICCA events aren't 100% well defined either :-) Only a minoriy have ISP problems, and this number becomes smaller and smaller. cheers, Peter
