You have to start rebel.exe with the w-parameter. E.g. use rebel.exe w8 for a maximum of 200MB hash. After that you can change the hash size within Century and Century will automatically set the hash size to 200MB when you choose strongest settings. BTW you should use two more useful start parameters, s and l2.
