I think that some time ago this had been discussed in rgcc. If I remember right,
for most of the programs, quiescence search makes up more (sometimes far more)
than 50%. I think that Rebel was an exception to this with a smaller quies
search contribution. For my program it's also certainly above 50% (but I forgot
the exact numbers).
