Subject: Computer Chess at the highest level.

well not really highest level... but "higher level" is the word. ;)

I understand that with longer time control, the level of game also gets higher.
Ofcourse considering the fact, the programs should also be TOP level.

Anyways, just for the kicks, I have planned to run a match between fritz 7 vs
shredder 6 to a match of 10games at 24hr/game.
I choose this 2 engines because Fritz 7 is the next best thing and Shredder 6 is
at the top of the SSDF list (and also one of my favs).

I think this will be interesting (or boring for some ?) ;).

These are the game conditions :-

24hr/game
shredder6 = shredder6.ctg
fritz7    = fritz7.ctg
ponder = off (single processor)
hash = 200mb
tb= 3-4-and some 5men.
CPU = Pentium III 1ghz / 512mb ram.



any suggestion, opinion, complains?
