I was impressed with RC4's play in this game, although poor van Loek should have accepted the draw offer. I thought much earlier on he might have tried Bg7 and Bc3 with the sac for the two pawns while the King was further away, but even that was at best a draw as the King moves in and to prevent mate van Loek would have to underpromote to a Knight. Of course he could have played safe and finally agreed to an easy draw. Comps. don't tire and don't seem to be real familiar with time trouble!;-) Good Game and Congrates to Ed Schroder!! van Loek.....Wake up, you have White next game! Terry....Knowing all too well "Carbon Days" is slowly coming to an end!
