Van Reek doesn't seem to be in the database, so I have no
idea if he is stronger than Vincent, however, I think
Vincent was reffering to his strenght relative to the players.

Considering I haven't ever heard of him, I'd consider it
very unlikely he is stronger than Van Wely or Rebel, and
thus is perhaps no the person to criticise their moves
as being 'childish' or anything like that.
