Just a small comment;

If this is cut and say pasted to notepad the commands after xboard :=
show up on three lines. CM will run but will run as default CM.

The commands after xboard := all need to stay on the same line with the
break not coming till after md=99\n

So anyone who has an inbetween.ini with more than one line of commands
AFAIK it is the default CM that is playing.
