If you are talking about the Chessbase version you should go to "Tools" then "Options" then click on the "Tablebases" tab. Beside the "Path 1" block there should be your path to tablebases. The surest way to set it is to click on the "Browse" button on the right and use the mouse to find your tablebases. When you find them, click 'OK' it will automatically show up in the "Path" block.
