Go up one level in this thread
I received my Excalibur LCD Chess 3 days ago and... I like it! It is certainly not very strong, its endgame is sometimes very weak (especially when it comes to evaluation of passed pawns), but it still requires some attention to win. I am doing some tests right now. A sample game: LCD playing its best = Level 72, Fast mode. (Well, the influence of this Fast mode is too what I try to test...) Chessmaster limited to 3ply depth, ponder off.
