I think white has a forced win here:

45. Rc4 Rxc4 (forced according to Chess tiger)
46. bc: Kg8 (forced)
47. Ke5 Kf8 (forced)
48. Kd5 Ke8 (forced)
49. Sf2 and Chess Tiger gives a +2 eval for white
