Not equal white would get a little extra for the Bishop(quarter of a point), Rook is 5, but what get's confusing is Knight and one or two pawns is equal trade for the rook as well as Bishop and a pawn or two. I know a lot of people here maybe rated higher than me but argue with me all you want, read any number of books they will say the SAME thing that i just said. Especially if you look at petrosian's book. When talking about computer-human the question is amongst other things does the computer understand this trade is generally equal?
