Who can say? In computer matches we know it is easier to calculate but against
humans it's much harder. Perhaps next to no difference at all at classical time
controls. Why suppose that a player of Van Wely's strength is suddenly a goner
because the computer is calculating 13 plies instead of 12? At blitz time
controls, I'm sure the difference must be more pronounced though.
