People prefer Blitz because they dont want to think they want want to have a
full of error game and call it chess.Coming back to the main point:Chess is
a finite game this translates to FINITE rating for perfect player.In other
words one cannot have an infinite rating for a game of  FINITE possiblities
This is my opoinion as a Mathematician and also the opinion of the immense
population of strong players .I believe this number to be 3300 USCF.Now for
BLitz this translates to 3600 Elo.
