Nice to find someone who also is interested in the field of mathematics.  What
area is your degree in?

Surely, machines do excel at the faster time controls.  Why is it (then) that
for humans it goes the other way?  Do we need an operator for the type of object
that the ELO formula is applied to?

By what calculation to you add 300 points for 3300 USCF to become 3600?
Just curious.
