Thanks Ed, I think you demonstrated that computer chess on commercial hardware makes significant progress day by day and nowadays they can compete with super GMs like Van Wely. IMHO this kind of competition (like the Tiger's match in Argentina) gave us more the feeling of the progress made compared to the SSDF robotized competition ,that is anyway a valid measurement instrument among comps. w.b.r.
