Hello Manfred,

I'm not sure I follow the question. I think that what the standard is saying
that in PGN first you have to enter the textmove, then the variation on that
move, a move that was not actually played but could be played instead of the
textmove. Why should the textmove be part of the variation? It wouldn't be a
variation anymore then? Maybe I totally misunderstood your question.
