Subject: Diminishing returns in SSDF list

Sorry if this is already discussed, but anyway. From 15.2.2002 SSDF list I
counted, that doubling of speed gives exactly 40 points now. Average benefit
from 450 to 1200 was around 75 points and from some test suites I counted
speed-up of 3,7x. So we can forget the old 70 points for doubling finally?!
