{CSTal loses by time} 1-0

I'm trying to run Chess System Tal II at this chess server (jogo.cex.org.br)
using auto232 and a null modem cable (only one computer, cable connects COM1 to
COM 2). In this game CSTal was a full piece ahead and had a killer move Bxb1,
instead it stopped and lose by time. Can this be fixed?

I also noticed that CSTal often sends a draw offer to human players, even with a
big advantage - can I set a "contempt factor" to avoid this?
