There are two problems that have been reported that have been traced directly to
XP:

1) Sub-menus are sometimes not drawn (the background box is drawn, but the text
is not). This may cause a crash, but this bug is VERY rare (only reported by two
users).

2) When starting a rated game, no matter who you select as your opponent, you
end up with the Chessmaster (a rather rude bug, to be sure). This is moderately
common (about 10% of users, I would guess).

There are other minor issues (such as dialogs/controls not drawing exactly
right), but other than that, yes, the program "runs fine".
