Subject: update CB8 with fix for TWIC downloads

I don't know if it's old news, but ChessBase fixed the problem in ChessBase 8
with downloading new TWIC issues in a Feb 19 upgrade:

Feb 19, 2002
- Adapted TWIC Download to new web server.

Can be downloaded with the in-program "help>online upgrade" feature.
