Fritz -- no (maybe some way I don't know about)
Hiarcs -- not sure (I think there is some way to do it)
ChessMaster -- Yes (See the Winboard forum for details).

You can run lots of different kinds of chess engines under Chess Assistant.
That includes Winboard engines, Zarkov and MCS engines like Shredder.
