1) On which drive is your cdrom located? (D,E,F etc.)

2) When you start the program SETUPEOC you correctly need to enter the right
paths. The default installation example:

REBEL CENTURY 4.0 EOC installation
==================================

Install from drive  D
Install to drive    C
Install directory   CENTURY4

Accept settings (y/n)

---

"Install from drive D" -> It means that if your cdrom is located in for instance
in "E" you must change that.

"Install directory CENTURY4" -> It means that if you have installed Rebel
Century 4 elsewhere than C:\CENTURY4 you need to change that.

To change the default installation settings, type "n" on the message "Accept
settings (y/n)".

Hope this solves the problem, everything runs flawlessly here.
