This result show that Fritz saw the draw when the 0.34 is only positional score
that is not significant.

If you look at the main line you can see that the side have equal material.

I believe that Fritz can see that Qe3 is not winning a bishop for few pawns
because it can see repetition in the relevant lines.

It cannot see repetition in the main line that is posted when white sacrifices
the bishop by 3.Qd7+

I believe that Fritz and part of the other top programs can see the 0.00 in less
than an hour and at most 18 plies if you give them the position after 2.Qxd6 Re8
3.h4 and other lines when white does not sacrifice the bishop are more simple.

If Fritz can see the draw in 18 plies after 3.h4 then it probably means that it
could see also the draw from the original position in 22 plies.
