It seems that Shredder gets good results in tournaments when stefan is
personally involved and Shredder had no problem to win against SOS in paderborn.

I see it in so many tournaments that I tend to believe that it is because of
better opening preperation and not because of luck(even if shredder is slightly
better than other engines it cannot explain the fact that shredder wins a big
majority of the tournaments when stefan is involved and the ssdf never suggested
that shredder is number 1 except the last list when the difference is very small
and the latest fritz was not tested).

My impression is that Shredder's opening preperation gives it about 100 elo
advantage relative to the opponents in tournaments when stefan is involved.
