Both Chessmaster 8000 and Chess Tiger 14 like Rd5.
I don't like either move (DB's hxg4 or Rd5 by the PC programs) as well has h4.
Put the rook behind the passed pawn and apply the pressure.
Once I get the rook to h2, there is nothing black can do to apply pressure.

Maybe the plan fails, but it appeals to me.
