Dann, I think several first moves probably win for White, including your 1.h4
(which is the one that at first glance I had picked too).

How about this line:

1.Rc7 Bf5 2.Rc6+ Kg5 3.h4+ Kh5 4.Rc5 Kg6 5.h5+ Kf6 6.h6 Bh7 7.Rc7 Kg6 8.Rg7+
Kxh6 9.Rxg4 wins easily

I think 1.Rc7 may actually be quickest, but I'm no GM.
