The process will take one to >two weeks. Sounds good. As a suggestion how about taking the opportunity to look at other message board formats. The current format / style is OK but I have seem some (e.g. Rebel) that look good too (maybe better?). You could even have a pole to see who, if anyone, would support a move to a new format.
