First and foremost, it is on an NT Workstation, which limits the connections to 10. This is obviously a pretty severe limit. The "access denied" message was almost surely a connection limit problem. Several people have successfully connected and downloaded files. An even better solution might be to have someone else put the files on a high speed working site. Someone in Canada has managed to download each and every file. So it seems it should be possible to get a working copy. I'll keep looking into a way to get a better location.
