I've encountered the same problem! It's up to Chessbase to fix this!
I've just complained to Chessbase, and I'd better hear from them ASAP!
I just bought this programme (Shredder 6) and installed it 2 days ago.
There is no excuse for this malfuction!

P.S. To save me time where is the Classic Interface located in Shredder 6?
I don't see it and I'm fed up with this nonsense from Chessbase!
