Let's say that they will perform in a tournament like a GM.
That is not the same as GM strength because they are different.
For instance, I will take a GM to analyze certain (most of) positions over
a program. As an analyst partner, computers provide correctness without a clue
many many times. GMs had excellent ideas but the execution is not always
flawless.
