Given that I'm a weakish player the programs below should've beaten me easily. Not so, and it looks as though the Nxg5 sacrifice (with subsequent Bxg5 and a long-term pin along the h4-d8 diagonal) may be a general difficulty; the Crafty game is particularly interesting.
