Well, it's simple: it's a theoretical draw. If there would be a castling possibility, then it would be a mate in 18 moves, so the endgame tables tell after a small search. Since the position posted had explicitly no castling rights, there aren't any. Maybe not in the WP, but here in the forum. If you don't get that, no one can help you - sorry. Raafel B. Andrist
